This is a thread for you to introduce yourself and your shop (if you have one). This is an opportunity to break the ice and get to know other members.

I am Obamaworldadmin and I am a digital artist, a young independent, and a proud Obama supporter. My shop is called "On the Hanger", and is located at zazzle.com/onthehanger. I first got interested in Obama last year during the debates, I believe. I was attracted to his message of hope and change, and I was glad to see his commitment against lobbyist money and his initial stance on the war. After his win in Iowa, I was hooked. I knew anyone who could compete that well against the Clinton machine had to be special. I first opened my shop around Super Tuesday, but it was originally located at Printfection. I switched to Zazzle later because I liked their interface and easy attractive website that was more user friendly. I also liked the fact that they use models to show off their shirts.

I started Obama world as a way for other artists who support Obama like I do to show off their work, and as a central stopping point for shoppers to find Obama products and stores. Whether you're using Zazzle or Cafepress or Printfection or if you have your own website, you are free to advertise your products here at Obama World by providing a banner link on the main site, and participating in the forums. Of course this site isn't JUST about Obama shops. It's about the election, it's about America, and the rest of the world in light of this election. Feel free to post on any topic you like as long as they fit within the rules and regulations (see. the Rulese and Regulations post for more info).
